Worry Free Guarantee
As a Parts Plus Car Care Center, you don’t have to worry about your customers getting stranded on the road with repair problems. With the North American Parts & Labor Warranty*, customers can travel with confidence, while you build loyalty and retention.
The North American Warranty protects customers for 24 months/24,000 miles for the Standard program and 36 months/36,000 miles for Platinum program members. When a customer is 25 miles or more from your shop, they simply call the warranty administrator to start the warranty claim process prior to work being performed.
If the customer is less than 25 miles from the original service center, the warranty administrator will direct the customer back to your repair facility. The original service center will cover parts and labor for the repair at no cost to the customer. The customer is liable for any repairs that fall outside of the original work that was completed.
By participating in the North American Parts & Labor Warranty program, your facility is enrolled in our nationwide referral network. When a consumer is looking for a repair facility in your area, they will be referred to your location.
*A counter card, counter mat and 50 customer warranty brochures with a counter display are included in the Parts Plus Car Care Center enrollment kit.
Mile 1 Labor Warranty
As an added benefit for Platinum Parts Plus Car Care Center locations we are including a Mile 1 Labor Warranty. This program is exclusive for Platinum Parts Plus Car Care Center locations.
Not only do your customers get the extended 36 Month / 36,000 Mile warranty but you also receive (4) Labor Claims that can be used for warranty work to be performed at your shop. The same items covered and/or not covered as provided by the standard warranty will also apply to the Mile 1 Warranty program.
If your customer has a warranty claim they should return to your shop for diagnosis. Upon decision of warranty eligibility, the shop should call the warranty administrator at 1-877-342-9615.
Labor Claim Provisions:
- Warranty reimbursement is for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first
- Installers are provided (4) claims in a twelve-month period
- Installers can receive a 3-hour labor max at $75 per hour
- Reimbursement benefits are only available to current shops enrolled in the Platinum Program
Provide your customers with additional benefits by offering the Roadside Assistance program on the products and services you supply. Continue to strive for value when your customers choose your repair facility.
The Roadside Assistance certificate* is good for a one-time battery boost, tow, lock-out service, fuel delivery or flat tire change for one year. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the United States and Canada.
Service is limited to a maximum reimbursement of $75.
*A counter card, counter mat and 50 roadside assistance certificates are included in the Parts Plus Car Care Center enrollment kit.
Road Hazard Program
There is nothing worse than getting a flat tire and having to repair or replace it. With Parts Plus Car Care Center Road Hazard Protection*, your customers will be in safe hands.
The Parts Plus Car Care Center Road Hazard Protection program is designed to be an added benefit for you and your customers. This program will add profit on every tire you sell while building customer acquisition and loyalty. Remember to offer the protection plan with every new tire sale.
Make up to $10 or more additional PROFIT by offering Road Hazard Protection:

Signage and Promotions

We are also including an incentive program for participating Parts Plus Car Care Center members. Platinum program members will receive a $100 gift card for every $250 claimed in consumer rebates. Standard program members will receive a $50 gift card for every $250 claimed. There is no limit for redemptions.
